CEO & Managing Director
David has extensive experience working throughout Asia, the Middle East, and Australia in agriculture and technology-related companies.
He has had significant involvement in senior positions with private and public companies over the past 20 years. David has also held important roles with the multinational companies Alcatel and Unisys.
David is passionate about the benefits of Trisil Group’s products, and committed to a ‘hand’s on’ approach to assist those using the products to gain the most benefit from them.
Dr. Lee George Lam, BBS
George has served in leadership/senior advisory roles with several multinational corporations including Hong Kong Telecom, A.T. Kearney, Singapore Technologies Telemedia (Temasek Holdings), BOC International Holdings (the Bank of China group), Chia Tai Enterprises International Limited (CP Group) and Macquarie Capital.
He has extensive international management experience and business connections in the innovation, digital technology, strategy consulting, corporate governance, direct investment, investment banking and fund management fields.
George is also President of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific Sustainable Business Network and Vice Chairman of Pacific Basin Economic Council.
Ms. Sulyporn Kulsrethsiri
Sulyporn is a highly qualified financial analyst with experience of executing and restructuring private equity transactions in emerging markets.
She held a senior position in the International Finance Corporation, the private sector financing arm of the World Bank, and has experience in the agribusiness sector throughout Asia.
Chris was the Executive Chairman of Featherston Resources Ltd, a New Zealand Company with vast Diatomite resources.
Chris has thirty-five years of experience in stockbroking, working in management, sales and trading, and working for multinational firms including UBS, Bain & Co, Deutsche Bank, Potter Warburg, and Solomon Smith Barney.
Brett has more than thirty years’ experience in the Private Equity market, with over seventeen years working across Asia and Europe.
Brett was one of MGPA’s founding shareholders and their CIO for Asia. He was a member of both their Asian and European Investment Committees.
Brett also worked for Lendlease in Australia and across Asia and has served as a Non-Executive Director for listed and non-listed companies.
Andrew Petrie, OAM
Andrew’s appointment to the Board of Directors brings to Trisil decades of success and experience in both the financial/banking sector and government.
Andrew worked for Schroders Australia from 1983 to 2000, being in charge of debt markets with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Tokyo, London and New York.
His government experience continued from 1991 to 2017, where he served five terms as Mayor of Woollahra, overviewing in this role a budget of $100m. Andrew has comprehensive experience in budgets, planning, probity and governance, together with extensive media experience in print, radio and television.
