CEO & Managing Director
David Ramsay
David has extensive experience working throughout Asia, the Middle East, and Australia in agriculture and technology-related companies.
He has had significant involvement in senior positions with private and public companies over the past 20 years. David has also held important roles with the multinational companies Alcatel and Unisys.
David is passionate about the benefits of Trisil Group’s products, and committed to a ‘hand’s on’ approach to assist those using the products to gain the most benefit from them.
Executive Director
Chris Watts
Chris was the Executive Chairman of Featherston Resources Ltd, a New Zealand Company with vast Diatomite resources.
Chris has thirty-five years of experience in stockbroking, working in management, sales and trading, and working for multinational firms including UBS, Bain & Co, Deutsche Bank, Potter Warburg, and Solomon Smith Barney.
ADVISER
Andrew Petrie, OAM
Andrew’s appointment to the Board of Directors brings to Trisil decades of success and experience in both the financial/banking sector and government.
Andrew worked for Schroders Australia from 1983 to 2000, being in charge of debt markets with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Tokyo, London and New York.
His government experience continued from 1991 to 2017, where he served five terms as Mayor of Woollahra, overviewing in this role a budget of $100m. Andrew has comprehensive experience in budgets, planning, probity and governance, together with extensive media experience in print, radio and television.
